Orders over 100£, Free delivery.

Orders are usually despatched on the same day as long as we receive your order before 1.00pm.

*Shrimps are post by Royal Mail Special Delivery before 1pm or Recorded Delivery*.

*Recorded Delivery will take up to 3 working days (except December which may take much longer)

Its very unlikely for shrimps to die during transportation. 

We do not cover DOA with Recorded Delivery. 

(DOA is not covered when Recorded delivery used)

DOA:

Dead on arrival must be reported ASAP after delivery, including photographic evidence.
Please note, I do not refund Postage charge.
Refund will be replaced within next order.

In case of more than 50% DOA, entire order will be replaced.
